Origin Big Boss: a community PvE battle
One attempt per day
Open PvE battles, check the active event and select one of your valid Origin decks: it does not have to be your active deck. You get one attempt per day, using Paris time. Battles are automatic, so prepare your fighters, their order and accessories before starting.
Health, shield and contribution
Your actual damage reduces the Boss’s shared health even while it still has shield. A fully blocked attack can wear down that shield, but does not remove health. Personal contribution considers both damage and shield wear, with diminishing returns: it is not the same as the number of points removed from the Boss.
Personal reward milestones
Check the event’s milestones and rewards. Rewards are granted automatically when your contribution reaches a threshold; one attempt can cross several. On announced ×2 days, damage and shield wear are doubled, not personal contribution or rewards.
Defeating the Boss unlocks a card
If the community defeats the Boss before the deadline, the event’s associated card becomes available from eligible card sources, including boosters according to its rarity. The Abyssal Kraken joined the game after the community won The Awakening of the Abyss. This does not automatically give every participant a copy. The Boss card you fight is not itself the playable reward card.
When should you take part?
The event page shows the Boss, dates, card unlock and rewards. It also presents players’ latest real battles: open their replay to study the damage and react or comment at the result. Before your attempt, check the time remaining and your next milestone.
