A free choice before battle
One optional effect per deck, free, with no level or rarity. It works in ranked PvP, Revenge and recreational bot battles, never in friendly battles, simulations, Big Boss fights, sealed arenas or Draft arenas.
Choose your effect in the deck builder, then save. It triggers automatically, at most once if its condition is met. Watch it in a ranked replay: there is nothing to activate during battle.

Breakthrough
Predator Mark
On your first fully blocked attack, reduces the defense used by 30% and recalculates the assault. If it remains blocked, deals 1 piercing damage.
Protection
Fossil Carapace
The first attack that would deal at least 12 damage is reduced by 40%.
Execution
Primal Discharge
The first opponent surviving an assault with 6 HP or less takes 6 direct damage.
Last Stand
Survival Instinct
Your last living wearer gains 15% attack and defenses for the rest of the battle.
Assault
Alpha Roar
Your first wearer gains 15% attack for its first assault.
